What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. However once proofs are approved and production has started we cannot accept returns.
Do you send proofs before fulfilling orders?
Yes, we will send a proof (mockup) to be approved via email before production begins.
When will I get my order?
Standard turnaround is 10-14 days once the order is processed. There are rush options available if you need a quicker turnaround time. Email info@prairiehillsprintco.com.
Do you offer other brands?
Yes we do. Theres 1,000's of options of garments. Fill out our intake form or shoot us an email to find exactly what you are looking for. Ask us about our name brand lines too!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
