What is fusion?
Fusion is a heat-transfer printing method that allows full-color designs to be printed onto film and pressed onto garments. It works on cotton, polyester, blends, and performance fabrics.
It’s great for multi-color artwork (6+) and small quantities.

Is fusion the same as screen printing?
NO! They both have their place but it is a different process.
Will the print feel heavy?
Fusion has a soft but slightly noticeable feel compared to traditional screen printing.
For large full-front designs, you will feel the print layer. For small or detailed prints, it remains flexible and comfortable.
Is there a minimum order?
No strict minimum.
Fusion works well for smaller runs, specialty placements, and add-ons. Pricing improves with quantity.
