Can I provide items to be engraved?

Yes — with limitations.

We’re happy to engrave customer-supplied products, but:

  • We cannot guarantee material compatibility.
  • We are not responsible for replacing items if damage occurs during testing or engraving.
  • Some coatings or finishes may not engrave as expected.

If the item is valuable or irreplaceable, we strongly recommend ordering through us.

Is there a minimum order?

It depends on the item.

  • Awards and custom gifts can often be done individually.
  • Hats with patches and drink-ware typically have minimum quantities.

If you're unsure, send us your project details and we’ll guide you.

Can you engrave colors?

Laser engraving is not a color process. It creates a contrast by removing or altering material. The final look depends on the base material and coating.

For color branding, we can discuss combining engraving with print or embroidery.
